Aruna Miller is an Indian-born American politican and a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 15 in Montgomery County, Maryland. Maryland's Legislative District 15 is Montgomery County's largest district both in terms of geographic area and population and includes Boyds, Clarksburg, Darnestown, Germantown, Poolesville, Potomac, Dickerson, Barnesville, Beallsville as well as parts of Gaithersburg , North Potomac, and Rockville . Delegate Miller who serves on the on Ways & Means Committee is the first Indian American woman to be elected to the Maryland legislature.

Ram Pothineni is an Indian film actor of the South Indian film industry. He hails from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

Ram is the son of Murali Pothineni, the brother of noted film producer Ravi Kishore Pothineni, popularly known as Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. He was born in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, but was brought up in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He did his schooling at Chettinad Vidyashram and St.Johns School, Chennai.
