Viacom18 to Broadcast India vs. Australia ODI Series in 11 Languages for Free

Viacom18 has announced that it will be broadcasting the upcoming ODI series between India and Australia in 11 languages, completely free of charge. This comes after Viacom18 secured the media rights for the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) international and domestic matches for the next five years.

Viacom18’s Recent Acquisition

Earlier this month, Viacom18 successfully acquired the rights for both digital and television broadcast, paying a staggering Rs 5,963 crore. As the first international match series under this new rights cycle, the three-match ODI series is set to captivate cricket fans across the country.

Multi-language Coverage

The matches will be available digitally on Jio Cinema, while television viewers can catch the action on various channels, including Colors Tamil (Tamil), Colors Bangla Cinema (Bengali), Colors Kannada Cinema (Kannada), Colors Cineplex Superhits (Hindi), Sports18 – 1 SD, and Sports18 – 1 HD (English).

A Stellar Expert Panel

Viacom18 has also revealed the list of experts who will be part of their panel during the series. Notable names include Suresh Raina, Kedhar Jadhav, Aakash Chopra, Nikhil Chopra, Amit Mishra, Venkapathy Raju, and Jatin Paranjpe.
