Archana, who contested the 2022 Uttar Pradesh election from the Hastinapur seat in Meerut, was reportedly denied entry into the party office. Videos circulating on social media depict a situation where Archana and her father were surrounded by individuals who allegedly obstructed her entry, behaved rudely, and even assaulted her.
According to reports, Archana’s father mentioned that they had visited to meet Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to extend their congratulations on the passage of the women’s reservation bill in Parliament. Numerous individuals have been sharing videos of the incident on social media, expressing their opinions.
One netizen expressed, ‘The way Sandeep and his supporters attacked Archana and her father in the Congress office. The Congress party and Priyanka ji should take strict action against this.’ Another individual remarked, ‘This is seriously heartbreaking. Archana, who is also a contestant on the TV show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13,’ had allegedly received death threats in March from Priyanka Gandhi’s personal assistant, Sandeep Kumar. Her father had reportedly filed a police complaint against Sandeep in connection with the matter.
