In the wake of the last few months, Salman Khan has been engrossed in reading scripts from various directors across the country. While his commitments to “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” and “Tiger 3” were established prior to the pandemic, speculation has swirled about his next projects after the third installment of the “Tiger” franchise, set to release this Diwali. It was previously reported that Salman has finalized an action-packed thriller directed by Vishnuvardhan and produced by Karan Johar. Exclusive information now unveils the shooting schedule of Salman Khan for his upcoming films.
Salman Khan and Vishnuvardhan’s Project:
According to insider sources, Salman has initiated pre-production work for Vishnuvardhan’s forthcoming movie and intends to commence filming by mid-November. In this yet-untitled film, Salman will portray a paramilitary officer and is undergoing preparations, including physical transformation. The film will be shot in multiple schedules and is slated for a Christmas 2024 weekend release.
The initial schedule will span about a month from mid-November to mid-December, followed by a break for Salman in late December. He is set to return to the set on January 10 for another 30 to 45-day schedule. Subsequently, starting from March or April 2024, Salman will embark on India’s grandest action film, “Tiger vs Pathaan,” a two-hero film featuring him alongside Shah Rukh Khan. The filming for “Tiger vs Pathaan” is scheduled to commence in the summer, with a focus on sequences involving both Salman and Shah Rukh Khan.
Resuming Work on Sooraj Barjatya’s Film:
After completing “Tiger vs Pathaan,” Salman is slated to work on the final schedule of Vishnuvardhan’s film in June, wrapping it up by July end. Following these two action-packed ventures, he will shift gears to explore his softer side in a family drama helmed by Sooraj Barjatya. This film, tentatively titled “Prem Ki Shaadi,” is set to start filming by late 2024 or early 2025.
Salman’s Future Projects:
Salman has been approached for several other films in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, but he’s taking his time in finalizing his lineup. Currently, his confirmed projects include Vishnuvardhan’s film, “Tiger vs Pathaan,” and “Prem Ki Shaadi” with Dharma Productions, Yash Raj Films, and Rajshri Productions respectively.
Overall, Salman’s upcoming schedule includes a mix of action-packed thrillers and family dramas, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
