KAVIN’S PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Kavin first captivated audiences with his portrayal in the television series ‘Kanaa Kaanum Kalalangal’ on Vijay Television. His journey continued with prominent roles in well-received shows such as ‘Saravanan Meenakshi’ and ‘Thayumanavan’. In 2017, Kavin marked his cinematic debut with a supporting role in the film ‘Sathriyan’. The subsequent year saw him seize the lead role in ‘Natpunna Ennannu Theriyuma’.
However, it was in 2023 that Kavin reached a pivotal point in his career with the release of ‘Dada’. Directed by debutant Ganesh K Babu, the film’s narrative beautifully unfolds around a couple mending past disputes to embrace personal growth. ‘Dada’ earned critical acclaim and triumphed at the box office, solidifying its position even further following its release on Amazon Prime Video.
In 2019, Kavin made headlines for his involvement in the reality show Bigg Boss Tamil 3, wherein he developed a romantic connection with fellow contestant Losliya, a Sri Lankan newsreader. Though their relationship didn’t withstand the test of time, their story gained attention and intrigue.
Currently, Kavin is engrossed in an untitled project under the direction of choreographer Sathish. Renowned musician Anirudh Ravichander is set to compose the music for this forthcoming cinematic venture.
